Tasting notes
Brilliant, crimson colourwith garnet-red highlights. Huge, powerful bouquet. The initial impression on the palate is clean, fruity and full-bodied, with a well-integrated tannic structure. The aftertaste is pleasantly spicy.
Served between 16 and 17°C, it is perfectly paired with delicatessen meats and white meats.
