Delicate acidity and polished tannins of the main variety, the Tannat. We recommend with red meat, ideal to join with lamb. Also with chocolate dessert.

The three varieties present in each label are crushed and fermented together in stainless steel tanks where are macerated during 4 days with cold temperature. After, selected yeast are added fermenting during 8 days at 26°C. After the fermentation, French and American oak barrels are used during twelve months.
