Red wine with a deep red colour. On the nose, it presents notes of red fruits, spices and black fruits. On the palate, it is powerful and balanced wine. We recommend pairing the wine with red meat dishes, such as steak, and pates. We suggest a serving temperature of 16ºC

Winemaking :
– Mechanical sorting of the harvest,
– Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 28°C,
– The maceration period is 25/28 days,
– Maturing in vats before bottling, scheduled for spring 2021.
