After a perfectly ripe harvest, the grapes are rigorously selected and vinified according to the Bordeaux tradition. Direct pressing followed by cold settling. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated vats in order to lock in freshness. The wine is aged on fine lees to bring roundness and finesse.
