In its pale golden colored roben, this de Luze white wine, reveals a clear nose of citrus fruits. On the palate, it is perfectly balanced between freshness and minerality, with hints of citrus fruits and white flowers.
This wine pairs well with grilled fish and seafood.
Best served between 8 and 10°C.

Vinification / Winemaking
De Luze white Bordeaux is the product of a series of complex fermentation operations: its finesse, aromas, and flavors are due to the quality of perfectly ripe grapes. These are taken to the winery as quickly as possible and pressed immediately. The must is kept in vat at a sufficiently low temperature to stop fermentation from starting. This skin contact ensures optimum extraction of desirable aromas. The clarified must is then fermented, also at low temperatures. The wine is closely monitored through ageing to stabilize it and preserve all its aromas until it is bottled.
