Fleur Du Cap Natural Light Chenin Blanc

Grape Varietal: 100% Chenin Blanc

This off-dry wine is made of 100% Chenin Blanc. The grapes were picked at the end of January and the beginning of February with very low sugar levels for this specific style of low alcohol wine. In the cellar the wine was fermented separately and blended after fermentation was completed.

This refreshing, light-bodied wine has a brilliant colour with a light green tinge. The wine shows notes of pear and pineapple. This is a delicious light-weight wine with a beautiful freshness that lingers on the palate for surprisingly long.
