Made from Yamada Nishiki produced in Ebina. Locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice is polished to 50% and carefully brewed with the koji lid (shallow wooden trays for koji) method and bag pressing.

<Temperature: Cold> Its slightly sweet taste makes it suitable for serving cold. This Junmai Daiginjo offers a sense of volume even when served cold, and its gentle, clean sweetness is pleasant and can be matched with food.
