< Temperature : Cold > The raw rice is cultivated by own land. It is pesticide-free and uses straw and bran as fertilizer. The sake is aged for 3 years using the traditional method (KIMOTO). The taste is not sweet, but it has a refreshing taste and goes well with meat dishes.
