The grapes came from trellised vineyards in the Stellenbosch, Paarl and coastal wine growing regions of the Western Cape, South Africa. Situated at altitudes ranging between 100m and 500m above sea level, these healthy vines grow mainly in deep red soils with sandy loam, on south-facing vineyard slopes.
Colour: Pale Pink
Bouquet: Stone fruits and pears that seamlessly combine with aromas of strawberries and red currants.
Taste: Delicious flavours of pears and green apples complemented by nuances of red summer berries.

Aromas of candy floss, cherries and strawberries with hints of blackcurrant. Intense aromas of red berries with a dash of sweetness and a good acid structure.
