Agrelo 1.050 M.S.N.M (Luján de Cuyo), Los Chacayes 1.200 M.S.N.M (Tunuyán)
WINEMAKING:
The vineyard located at Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo was harvested in 2 stages to obtain aromatic differences. The vineyard located at Los Chacayes (Valle de Uco) was chosen for the structure and tenacity of its wines on the palate. Once destemmed, the grapes were subject to cold maceration inside the press for 4 to 8 hours in contact.
Musts were fermented at a constant temperature of 12°C to 14°C with selected yeasts specific for this variety. Wines were kept in contact with the fine lees for 5 months before bottling.
