Winemaking
Winemaking begins in the vineyard and culminates with the harvest of the grapes that have been carefully tended all season. Grapes for the Beringer Main & Vine Cabernet Sauvignon were picked at the peak of maturity to maintain the fruit’s ripe flavors in the finished wine. Winemaking focused on highlighting the varietal’s innate rich, black fruit flavors while layering the sweet spices of oak, resulting in a smooth, fruit-forward wine with a pleasing finish.
