Blue Nun Eiswein- is a rare sweet wine made from frozen harvestedgrapes. Is the most exclusive of all wine styles, and is popularinternationally as a rarity and a specialty. Although oftenpaired with dessert, ice wine has many surprises in store whenit comes to food and wine pairings. Very long caudalie, followed by a lovely freshness brought by a slight hint of acidity.

as an aperitif, it can accompany fine bites with fig, dry ham or foie gras, livermousse, cheeses and of course desserts.
