BACKGROUND:
The Sonnenhofberger is one of the hallmarks of the Dr. Zenzen family Wine Estate. Wines under that name will be only released in exceptional years with special quality results from their vineyards in the Mosel river valley. Of course, this hallmark is dedicated the noble grape White Riesling only!
TASTING NOTES:
Medium sweet delicious white wine; very complex special-occasion wine that has a unique and typical Riesling character and fragrance.
FOOD SUGGESTIONS:
Enjoy it with good friends just on its own or with some very light snacks.
SERVING:
Serve well chilled at 8-10 oC.
