Lark Ruby Abyss Single Malt Whisky 70cl

A Single Malt of rare depth, indulgence and elemental balance. Aged in first-fill vintage Seppeltsfield Port and Apera casks, and one of the many casks used is a 100-year-old Australian Port reserve. Dark fruits and caramelised brown sugar lead to silky mocha and finishing with brandy snap sweetness.

Tasting notes

NOSE: Steeped pears in aged dessert wine, amber raisins, caramelised Demerara sugar and a whisper of salted macadamia.

PALATE: Lush plum preserve folded through chocolate sauce, with buttery croissant layers and a drift of earthy peat.

FINISH: Deep fortified oak warmth lingers through spiced golden treacle, as candied quince and umami leave a velvety depth.
