Grape Variety: 100% Albarino
White young wine, D.O. Rias Baixas. This is a single-variety wine made from
Albariño grapes (100%). On the mouth, it is balanced, persistent, wide, silky and
with a mineral touch, typical from the Val du Salnés region.
The grapes were picked manually in 20 kg boxes. Vinification started with destemming and pressing, followed by static fining and alcoholic fermentation at 16-18 ºC. Subsequently, the wines began malolactic fermentation and were left forseveral months on lees before being bottled.
