TASTING NOTE: Intense dark ruby red color. Floral and fruity aroma over an herbal core. Broad palate with excellent length, where the notes from the aroma are now complemented with hints of laurel and mint, closing in a pleasant aftertaste that leaves a very satisfying final sensation.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Ideal with pâté, confit duck, rice dishes with vegetables or meat, charcuterie, roasted or barbecued beef, ragouts, and bean stew. Serve at 18°C.
