This Syrah is powerful, modern, Rhône-inspired with peppery, spicy aromas of blackberries, dark plum and blueberries. There are hints of fresh chocolate/mocha oak and dried herbs. Underpinned by fine, dusty tannins, it is medium to full bodied, with a lingering core of dark fruit and smoky oak. This wine has fine poise and savoury balance.
