GRAPE VARIETY: Tinto Fino (Tempranillo)

TASTING NOTES Cherry colour, well-covered. Delightful on the nose, expressive and rich in fruity aromas (cherry jam), with a background of dried fruit (prunes) and toasted notes (torrefacto coffee, cocoa). On the palate, it is flavourful and powerful, with tannins that can still be refined in the bottle over the coming years.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS With smooth tannic and fruity characteristics, it is the ideal accompaniment to a wide variety of meat and game dishes, whether grilled or roasted, as well as roasted vegetables. It pairs particularly well with roasted suckling lamb. Serve between 14-16°C.
