GRAPE VARIETY: Verdejo

TASTING NOTES: Pale golden colour, bright. Intense and fresh on the nose, rich in citrus aromas (lemon) and tropical fruit aromas (passion fruit). On the palate, it is fine and juicy, with a very pleasant smooth and silky texture.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal for accompanying seafood and fresh or fried fish. It pairs very well with green salads and citrus dressings. It is recommended to serve between 8º-10ºC.
