Grape varieties: Mainly Tempranillo and Cabernet sauvignon

Tasting notes: Dark cherry red colour with garnet nuances. Intense aromas of black fruit and wild berries with subtle vegetative and spicy notes coming through. Medium bodied and harmonious on the palate with smooth tannins.

Serving suggestions: Excellent with meat, especially lamb recipes. Pairs very well with creamy cheeses and traditional paella. Serve at 16–18ºC.
