Terms and conditions for the July promotion:
1. This promotion is strictly for redemption basis.
2. Items accepted in good condition are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. All gifts are not exchangeable for cash, 1 gift per unit purchased.
4. Promotion ends on 31st July 2023.
5. Redemption is valid for Malaysia only. Redemption will only be processed after the wine storage cabinet has been delivered.
6. This promotion is offered by Kitch (M) Sdn Bhd.
7. They reserve the right to replace/substitute the gift with equal or greater value.
8. All redemption must be submitted via their official website. www.kitch.com.my/redemption
9. All redemption forms must be completed together with proof of purchase and warranty card details.
10. All redemption will be processed within 14 days from the date of form completion confirmation.
11. Kitch (M) Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for any loss or damage on the handling of the gift.
12. The redemption cannot be used in conjunction with any other on-going promotions.

Terms & conditions
- Warranty of appliance will be 24 months from the date of delivery.
- A min of 3-5 working days required for logistic arrangements after receiving purchase orders (Klang Valley delivery)
- A min of 7-10 working days required for logistic arrangements after receiving purchase orders (other states delivery)
- There is no delivery on Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
- Free delivery within Klang Valley areas; Other states, delivery charges* apply based on location as below :
- Peneng – RM400
- Ipoh – RM350
- Melaka – RM350
- Johor Bahru – RM400
- Kuantan – RM450
- Kuala Terengganu – RM550
*delivery charges for other states can be made via bank transfer/payment link before delivery.
