The Dream Blue Manual 10 Years is produced using a blend of sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, wheat, corn, and barley, all sourced from the fertile wetlands of the Jianghuai region. These grains are selected for their quality and suitability to the Luzhou-flavor style, which is renowned for its robust and aromatic profile. The production process involves fermentation in traditional clay pits, followed by a maturation period in underground cellars.
梦之蓝手工班10采用高粱、大米、糯米、小麦、玉米和大麦等多种粮食精心勾调而成,这些原料均采自江淮地区肥沃的湿地。所选用的粮食不仅品质上乘,更契合浓香型白酒的酿造风格,以其醇厚浓郁、芳香四溢而著称。其酿造工艺采用传统老窖池发酵,之后在地下酒窖中长时间窖藏陈化。
