This blend opens with intense aromas of berries, fresh herbs, and mint over a layer of fruit with added complexity from tones of tobacco and smoke from the barrel aging. Elegant on the palate with an enjoyable persistence at the finish.
FOOD PAIRING
Serve between 16°C – 18°C. This blend goes well with grilled steaks and chops, Portobello mushrooms, green olives, pepper, rosemary, and mint.
