Tasting Notes
This is our first premium blend with an exceptional base. To complete the circle of balance this wine is aged for 18 months in French Oak barrels. The wine opens with refined notes of ripe black fruits, cherries, and plums. The aromas are layered with vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate and leather, the texture is angular and
sophisticated with a long elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Serve between 16°C – 18°C succulent preparations with meats, especially meals that include red meats and pork.
