1. Warranty of appliance will be 24 months from the date of delivery.
2. A min of 3-5 working days required for logistic arrangements after receiving purchase orders (Klang Valley delivery)
3. A min of 7-10 working days required for logistic arrangements after receiving purchase orders (other states delivery)
4. There is no delivery on Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
5. Free delivery within Klang Valley areas; Other states, delivery charges* apply based on location as below :
   1. Penang – RM400
   2. Ipoh – RM350
   3. Melaka – RM350
   4. Johor Bahru – RM400
   5. Kuantan – RM450
   6. Kuala Terengganu – RM550

*delivery charges for other states can be made via bank transfer/payment link before delivery.
